You need to upload your UBO declaration to finalise the onboarding. Upon starting your company, you should have received your UBO declaration by mail.
If you haven’t received a UBO declaration by mail, you can download it directly from the KvK’s download portal.
If you do not have access to your UBO overview, you can fill in a UBO declaration form. You can download a digital form here and fill it in easily.
