Signed minutes refer to the official, written record of a meeting, which has been approved and signed by the relevant authority, in this case the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) of an entity.

Providing signed minutes

If you are asked to provide signed minutes, please ensure that they are signed by all the UBOs of the entity. They should also be dated and current, meaning that the included date should not be more than three months ago. Once prepared, the form can be completed and submitted to the document upload portal that is available in the web app.
