An instant transfer is completed within seconds, 24/7 (including weekends and holidays). The money is deducted immediately and usually arrives in the recipient’s account (almost) instantly.
Regular transfer
A regular transfer is processed through the standard banking network and takes more time.
Processing time: usually a few hours
Maximum time: up to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Why was my payment not instant and shown as "Rejected" in my account?
Even if a transfer is below €100,000, it may still be processed as a regular transfer. This can happen due to automated checks by our systems or limitations on the receiving bank’s side. No action is required from your side in this case.
Most regular transfers arrive on the same day, but in some cases it can take up to 2 working days. You can always track the status of your payment in your transaction overview.
