The processing time for international transfers depends on the sending or receiving bank. Generally, banks take between 2 and 10 business days to process international transfers before the transaction appears on the payment network. The exact duration varies widely by bank, depending on factors such as the country of origin, currency, and associated risks.

Once the sending bank approves the transaction, it still requires some additional time to reflect in your account. This delay can be influenced by factors such as currency, country of origin, and potential compliance checks.

At GoDutch, we collaborate with Wise, specialists in international transfers. Typically, we require 1 business day for processing. If the transaction undergoes additional checks under financial regulations, it may take longer and we might request additional documents.
