To use your virtual and physical cards with your Android device, you must add them as a payment method in your Google Wallet.

  1. Open the Google Wallet app.

  2. At the bottom of your screen tap + Add to Wallet.

  3. Select Payment card.

  4. Tap + New credit or debit card.

  5. To add card details, do one of the following:

    • Use your camera to capture your payment card number, then enter the expiration date and CVC number.

    • Tap Enter details manually.

  6. Tap Save to continue.

  7. Read the Issuer Terms and tap Accept.

  8. You will receive a text message with a one-time verification code to add your card to your Google Wallet. Enter the verification code to activate payments using Google Pay.

After set-up is complete, you will receive a text message confirming that your payment card is ready for Google Pay. You can now use your card wherever you see a contactless symbol or the Google Pay logo.

ℹ️ If you're informed that your card isn't compatible with Google Wallet, please submit a support request in your app or email [email protected].
