As an added security measure, your card needs to be activated before it can be used for online and contactless payments.
You can activate your physical card in two ways:
Enter your card PIN when making your first payment at a point-of-sale terminal.
Enter your card’s identifier in your banking app.
Activating your physical card
To activate your physical card using the app, follow these steps:
Login to our app via godutch.com.
Open the menu in the bottom and click on Cards.
Select the Physical card tab.
Click Activate, which triggers a popup to appear.
Enter the Identifier, a 10-digit number found on the back of your card, then click Activate.
Consent to the card activation on your mobile device.
Your physical card has been activated. You can now view your card numbers and block or unblock your card if needed.
