As an added security measure, your card needs to be activated before it can be used for online and contactless payments.
Activating your physical card via your PC
To activate your physical card via your PC, follow these steps:
Log in at godutch.com.
Select Cards from the menu on the left.
Select your card and click More.
Open the Physical card tab.
Click Activate card. A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the Identifier, a 10-digit number found on the back of your card, and click Activate.
Approve the card activation on your mobile device.
Your physical card is now activated. You can view your card details and PIN, and block or unblock your card if necessary.
Activating your physical card
Follow these steps to activate your physical card via the app:
Log in to the app.
Select Cards from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
Select your card and tap Physical.
Tap Activate card. A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the Identifier, a 10-digit number found on the back of your card, and tap Activate.
Approve the card activation on your mobile device.
Your physical card is now activated. You can view your card details and PIN, and block or unblock your card if necessary.
