You can give an accountant, bookkeeper, or other financial service provider access to your GoDutch account. This way they can view your transactions, manage payments, or handle your administration — depending on the role you assign them.
Adding a financial service provider works the same as adding any other user to your account. 👉 How to add users to your account
Please note that adding a user is limited to a paid plan.
Which role should I assign?
That depends on what you want them to be able to do. A few common setups:
Viewer/Auditor — can view the account, transactions, and IBANs. Nothing more. Ideal for an accountant who only needs read access.
Finance Manager — can also manage payments and beneficiaries. Suitable for a bookkeeper who actively manages your finances.
Custom — set permissions manually. Use this if you want full control over what your service provider can and can't do.
For a full overview of all roles and permissions, see 👉 Adding users to your account.
🔒 Never give access to someone you don't know or don't want to have access to your data or transactions. GoDutch will never ask you to add someone.
