Securing your financial information is important. To make online payments, you may need to provide sensitive information such as your card number, the expiration date, and the Card Verification Code (CVC). For point-of-sale transactions involving your physical card, where you swipe or use the chip, you'll also need your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Below, we provide the steps to securely reveal your virtual and physical card numbers in your app.
⚠️ Ensure you are in a secure and private environment and away from prying eyes before revealing your virtual card information.
Virtual cards
To view the card details for a virtual card, follow these steps:
Go to Cards page.
Open the virtual card you need.
Select the Reveal card numbers option.
ℹ️ You’ll need to consent with your mobile phone to continue. After consenting, the PIN will be displayed on the screen.
Physical cards
To view the card details and PIN for a physical card, follow these steps:
Go to Cards page.
Select the Physical card tab.
Select the Reveal card numbers option to view your card numbers.
Select View PIN to reveal your PIN.
ℹ️ You’ll need to consent with your mobile phone to continue. After consenting, the PIN will be displayed on the screen.
