With Bills to pay, you no longer need to manually copy details from invoices. Upload an invoice (PDF or photo) and GoDutch automatically reads the payment details. You then review the draft payment and can send it straight away.
You'll find Bills to pay in the menu, both in the app and online.
The Bills to Pay inbox
The Bills to pay page has three tabs:
Inbox
Invoices that still need to be paid. A bill with the status Incomplete is missing payment details and needs to be completed first. The status Review & pay means the invoice is ready to process.
Scheduled
Payments that have been scheduled for a future execution date. You can also cancel or modify scheduled payments here.
Paid
All processed and completed payments. You can also export the data for your accounting.
Uploading and paying an invoice

Go to Bills to pay via the navigation menu and click Upload bill in the top right. Drag your invoice into the upload area or click to select a file. Supported formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG and HEIC (max. 10 MB).
💡 You can also email invoices to your personal Bills to pay address, visible at the top of the page. GoDutch will process them automatically and add them to your Inbox.

Bank details. We scan the invoice and automatically fill in the account holder name and IBAN. Review these details. If the account name and IBAN match, you'll see a confirmation message. You can optionally save the beneficiary for future transfers using the checkbox at the bottom. Then continue to the next step.

Payment details. Review the amount to be paid, the description, the payment reference, and the execution date — we've filled these in automatically based on the invoice. Then continue to the next step.

Confirm. You'll see a summary of the payment showing the recipient details, amount, payment reference, and execution date. Review everything and click Send to confirm the transfer. Use Edit next to any section to make last-minute changes.
💡 You can also queue up multiple payments and execute them all at once.
