The AI Expense Agent is a WhatsApp assistant that captures your expenses the moment you pay. As soon as you make a payment with your GoDutch card, you receive a WhatsApp message asking for your receipt. You send a photo, answer a few quick questions, and the expense is logged — no manual entry needed.
How it works
After a card payment, the GoDutch Assistant sends you a WhatsApp notification. Here's what the conversation looks like:
How to set it up
Setting up the AI Expense Agent takes less than a minute. You'll need to do this on a desktop browser.
Log in to your GoDutch account on a desktop browser.
Open the menu in the bottom left and go to Settings.
Navigate to Channels.
Enable the WhatsApp agent.
The agent is now active. You'll receive a WhatsApp message after your next card payment.
⚠️ Make sure your WhatsApp number matches the phone number on your GoDutch account. The agent will send messages to the number registered in your profile.
