Request phone number change
To update the phone number associated with your account, send a request by email to [email protected].
⚠️ The request to change the phone number must be made by you, the user and owner of the phone number. We won't accept requests from anyone else.
Change request details
Your request should include the following information:
Email address: use the email address registered when you opened your account.
Subject line: "Request to Update Phone Number".
Phone number details: provide both your old and new phone numbers
Photo: attach a photo of yourself holding your identification document near your face for verification purposes. Make sure that the information on your document is clearly visible.
Confirmation of phone number change
Once the verification process is complete, we’ll send you an email confirming the phone number change.
